Following the rhythm of an in-person Wisdom School, the Holding Our Planet on-demand course offers an immersive week-long experience of morning and afternoon Centering Prayer, daily Gurdjieff Exercises, multiple daily teachings with Cynthia, and a first-ever opportunity to practice the Gurdjieff Movements with Heather Ruce. The course also includes two pre-Wisdom School preparation sessions providing a critical foundation for the work ahead.
